I can see the vehicles on the radar and you can see their shadows but you can't actually see the vehicles?

You and the vehicles might be in diffrent virtuel worlds? or diffrent interiors.

You can see some other vehicles like 3 feet away but just some of them can't be seen.

Just becuase some of them aren't, the others cut be in diffrent worlds or interiors (:
