Why if i install a gamemode French Role Play like a Liberty Life ,GTA RP ,LVRP,LARP,SFRP, he tell to me you don't have a include but me i have in this file :: pawno/include .

EXEMPLE : The error is in GTA:RP :::

BTW;
I think your problem is that you need utils downloaden and pasted in your server folder
Goto your server folder->pawno->includes. Paste utils there

Do what bartje01 said and make sure that you open that Pawno (.exe) that has the include assigned.
