Well everytime i try to install sa-mp i click agree and then i click browse it ends up saying sa-mp-0.3a-install.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.If anyone know's what the problem is plz tell me.

Umm... Hmm.. Try these simple steps

Going to Program Files --> Rockstar Games --> GTA San Andreas and delete d3d9.dll

And also

Go to My Documents --> GTA San Andreas User Files

Delete gta_sa.set file.

Try running the installer with admin rights/ with XP or win98/me compatibility mode. Try restarting your PC. (Obvious, but hey, it solves 50 percent of the problems!)
