Actually it's not new gta, it contains two pretty old gta iv mods (Ballad of the Gay tony and Lost and Damned).

I've got same opinion. It's only two GTA IV mods, nothing more.

I find these so-called "mods" good value for money, more than what other DLC's offer (hint Mass Effect 2/ MW2)
