u mean adding a gm or filterscript :

GM : put ur gamemode in gamemodes folder then go to server.cfg and line of gamemode0 << add next to it : urgamemode
Filterscript : put ur filterscript in filterscripts folder then go ot servr.cfg and line of filterscripts << add next to it : urfilterscript
