1. If you haven't already, search. Other than that I can't really be of much help here as I barely understand what you want exactly other than a hand-out

2. This diary idea could store all this information in varibles and such, but by the sound of it, you expect this kind of thing to save which I recommend learning how to write/read files. Here is a good place to start:
