what do you think of using this

on pawno maybe im wrong and its usefull well i dont know but for me this checks if the player is connected right?
and well most game modes and commands use this line wich for me personally think is a waste since if the player is not connected
he cant do anything right? so can someone give out what you think of this or if im wrong tell me why should i use it and in wich cases?

It can be used to check if the "giveplayer" is connected (Ex: /kick ID), it's not useless.

i mean i know for kick and ban and for some commands is usefull but not in all the cases
