Hello. if you use /gmx, the FSs of the servers, doesnt start, and if i start in RCON, they doesnt work. help me pls :S

Don't use FSs, include them into your GM.

Unload the filterscript on /GMX using https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/SendRconCommand,
and load the filterscripts under OnGameModeInit.
Don't forget to remove them from server.cfg
