How would i make team's like this for Example.

civilian's----------------|

|= When use join they pick one of these but can be any skin
|
Robbers----------------|

LVPD----------------|
|
|= Some one is the Leader of the team and if some one wants to join these teams
|they have to
|Apply and the leader of that team has to Choose Decline or Accpet and when they
LSPD----------------|logout and log back in there still in that team

So can any one help me on how i do this beacuse i have bee trying to do this for about a week and i have had no luck so Please can some one help.

that only shows how to make the teams not how to make some 1 the leader and they pick who is in the team with /accept
