I think the problem is at the function 'PlayerToPoint' (Float:range, playerid, Float, Float:y, Float:z)

try to use

IsPlayerInRangeOfPoint (https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/IsPlayerInRangeOfPoint)
(playerid, Float:range, Float, Float:y, Float:z)
