Hey!
I need some help with IRC:

1- A 'host' or something
2- How it works
3- Use it so that you can talk ingame with it, so if you talk in IRC you see it on the server, and if you talk ingame, you see it in IRC

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

1) I can't help you with this, you will have to ask someone else.
2) How IRC Works? It's pretty much a chat program. See the topic below for more help regarding the plugin.
3) You need an IRC plugin, which can be found here http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?topic=123777.0. It includes a filterscript that has the chat echoing to IRC and ingame.
