Hello there my name is alex and i am hoping you can help me, i am using kingj.net to host a server but i am having problems with changing the gamemode here is the Gm i want to add http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?board=30.0 but soon as i delet all the old files from the contol panel and upload and the new ones i lost the connection to the server so i cant find it is there something im suppose to do before uploading the new GM.

If using multiple gamemodes, there is no harm leaving old files in the scriptfiles folder. (unless the gamemodes shares the same folder).

Just upload the new AMX gamemode, then the scriptfiles. Then /changemode GAMEMODE_NAME

I wouldn't delete any old folders, you never know when they might be needed

find the line in the file: server.cfg

gamemode0 grandlarc2 1

(or its equivalent)

literally just change the name of the gamemode (without the extenstion)

ie:

gamemode0 grandlarc2 1

to

gamemode0 mygamemode 1

resave the server.cfg file (or reupload) and restart the server.

New problem im tring to download a user file from the control panel but it wont let me is this normal or something to do with the host
