alright, im new at this so :P...
1. When i open pawno and click New my right side have empty bar (that bar should have help commands like SendClientMassage etc...)
So how put that help commands in that bar? mine is empty

2. When i make server how put it online?
I just want make some little stupid server for fun with my buddy but i dont know how put it online, please someone explain step by step

Check your .../pawno/include/ folder. Is it empty?

To run a server start samp-server.exe

No it is not empty, and i know how run server but i dont know how put it online because im only one who can connect

You need to port forward.

http://www.portforward.com find your router name from here and you will get a guide how to do it.
