Aye i got a problem with Win 7 i know how to make it in Vista but i needed to install Win 7 and i did port forward in router but its still off in firewall or something any idea?

Its no different in any OS version really. You forward the ports through a router/modem. Just make sure it is allowed through your firewall as you said.
