I STILL have a problem with my NPCs. I've tried many scripts, none work. NPC is frozen, login is bypassed. I have deleted all freeze- variables (TogglePlayerControllable), still no work. Please help me quickly. What could be the problem?

Did you tell them to do something? (ResumeRecordingPlayback). Make sure the recording files are there, and if there's anything inside them.

no i use R4 to and my Bots Are Perfect.. Nothing wrong with the NPC's
I think the problem is in your script...
