I'm trying to make a SA-MP server, but none of the .exe files in the server folder run properly.
They immediately close every time I open them.
Is this because of my OS or is it just something I'm doing wrong?

I think you are doing something wrong then .
I have Windows 7 aswell and everytime i beta test a server it works fine.
So tell me what you do exactly ?

I just extracted the server files and ran samp-server.exe

try run the .exe in compatibilaty for windows XP

Read the bottom line of server.log, it will tell you whats wrong.

or put script in debug mode and see whats up.
