Not sure if this post goes here but anyway...
When i try and start Pawno up on Windows 7 it says..
Failed to set data for""

I'm using Vista, ran as admin, Under XP compatibility still get that error and function list don't appear.

Yeah, I had that problem,too.
You just need to make sure to run it like a Windows XP Service Pack 2 and as a admin.
It should work. I don't see reason why not working (it works for me).

If your pawno opens , then its not a problem. Same thing happens to me on vista and my pawno opens.I get a message but it never effected me. If your pawno doesnt open, then try running it as admin or try it on your administrator account ( If you have more than one accuont on your pc )

had that problem on vista 64bit, dont remember how i solved it
