Im tryinmg to make an npc record it, i kn ow cmds. i rcon loged in, but it says SERVER: Unknown Command
AndYes.... it is in my server.cfg.

Why can i not /vrcord and /stoprecord??

make sure that you load correct FS. Take a look in your filterscripts folder and watch the name of FS. It must be npc_record.amx

then, look in config and make sure that it has the same name: ex:

filterscripts npc_record

after, join server, rcon login and type commands: /vrecord <name> (you have to be in car while starting this command) or /ofrecord <name>

if it writes Unknown Command try to load npc_record FS within game by typing /rcon loadfs npc_record

if it will print "Filter script 'npc_record.amx' load failed." - that means that's no such a FS or the filterscript already loaded
if "Filterscript 'npc_record.amx' loaded." - you have been mistaken in config and now all works and try to use commands /vrecord and /ofrecord
