that is the erors.... and if i try to register the pawnc.dll < dll file on pawncc.exe cant ..too give eror like on the picture >>

i said what you should do you need to re-install it and btw it is sa-mp 0.3 now not 0.2x get sa-mp 0.3

Maybe you should try use pawno.exe not pawncc.exe
