There is something wrong with the anims? When i do an anim command the anim isn't played at the first time i do it again and the anim starts playing.

That has always happened, the animation has to be loaded first and then executed.

Or something among those lines.

It can be fixed by preloading animation libraries, example can be found in gl_npcs filterscript.
