I recently installed Windows 7 on my pc. Since that i've noticed that i seem to be getting severe packet loss ingame and as the result of that the game keeps disconnecting every few minutes or so. All the players appear to be warpy as hell. This seem to happen on every samp server.

Weird thing is, games like VC:MP work just fine. SA:MP used to work fine on same pc behind the same firewall when i was using Vista/Server 2008. As i havent changed any NAT settings or anything i have no idea what would be causing this.

Probably your internet driver, ive had the same problem, but on my case it was my router restarting itself ALOT.
Alltho i still egt disconnected from internet like... 1 time per day because of Windows 7, only lasts arround 2 minutes, then internet goes back on.

Well i dont have any problems with any other game. :/

I heard certain versions of raknet dont like some NAT settings, but what makes it weird samp used to work with the same settings earlier.

I have this problem too, but im using Windows XP
