but ive heard that touch screen technology is shit outside of iphone, but i figure since lg usually pwns at copying everything and making it cheaper it should be alright

if u are getting a lg DONT get the cookie get the lg viewty as it has 3g and the cookie dont i got the viewty and its awesome good apps like the i phone grate internet all round good phone

i need a phone thats max 200 usd works with
gsm, in particular 800 and 1900 waves, unlocked, idrc about its form factor
as long as it either slides a keyboard or a touch screen.

lol the 1st i phone didnt have a camera nether did the 2nd and now ther on the 3rd i phone ther finaly desiderd to intergrate a camera way to go apple 3dr time lucky

The iphone does have a nice touch screen but my G1 (HTC Dream) is just as nice, so is my girlfriends Samsung Behold. I wouldn't pay 179 for that, look at the os. I would try to grab up something with winmo on it or android, you will be a lot happier in the long run.
