When your driving, and you quickly press the ESC key, then set a marker somewhere, you are automatically teleported there.

EDIT: Not only in a car, but even on foot!

yes you have a function somewhere AllowPlayerTeleport(); and AllowAdminTeleport(); take them out and it wont happen
