Try to remove the Gta Sanandreas folder from the documents then reinstall your SA-MP

Re-install SA-MP, it should probably work after that, if not reply.

delete gtasa.set from GTA user file

Delete "gtasa.set" from Documents>GTA SA User Files

Then uninstall and reinstall SA-MP, I was having the same problem, and this fixed it... If it continues after that, then follow my instructions, except don't reinstall SA-MP, just reinstall GTA SA after you uninstall SA-MP and delete "gtasa.set"

This should work, if it doesn't just reply to me, and I'll try my best to get the solution for you!

It's a common bug, as others said, delete gtasa.set or reinstall it. If yet didn't work, then , reinstall GTA SA in a different drive.
