Hi guys

I need help with making a /bet <dollar amount> <color, red or black>

If the player wins it comes up a message You win <amount he betted> $!
If he lose, You lost <amount he betted> $!

Im a bit confused how to start and I'll appreciate u guys if u could help me with this
