I've complied this and if I do /level it says 0/5?

Anyways I'll help... When it says, 0/5 that means the hours experience. 5 is the 5 hours you'll be playing... and 0 means you haven't been playing an hour. If you get 1/5 that means you been playing for 1 hour. Once you get 5/5, then you can buy your level.
