Hard disk, it depends what you will be having on there. You won't really need more than 10-20mb if it's just gamemode and a few scriptfiles, but some servers can reach like 200mb if they have LOADS of scriptfiles and users but it's not so common.

My server has like 50 files in scriptfiles, also 500 users in scriptfiles, etc, and its 167mb.

So yeah even if you had 1gb you'd be drowning in spare hard disk.

RAM.. well.. I run off a 512mb ram server and SA-MP uses like no more than 50 percent when over 30 players are on.

Data transfer, that's probably the killer. I use absolutely tonnes of that per month. You need like several gigabytes per day if your gonna have some players on.

Very Thanks... And for Operating System and Bandwidth What do you recommend?

The CPU and RAM load will be entirely dependant on your script, however it's extremely uncommon for a SA-MP server to use more than 50mb of RAM.

As for OS, Windows or 32-bit Linux, whichever you want. As for bandwidth, assume approx 40kbit (0.04 mbit) per player, which will vary depending on how many players and objects are in the radius of each player.
