Alright, i open it.. with MY server. and MY Rcon password..
i type 'unbanip 'myip'' without " ' ", it says nothing <--- Is that ment to happen?
And, how can i reload the bans with using it.. it doesn't say on the Wiki.. just says "YOU MUST RELOAD THE BANS!!"
Tip : I'M not using the IN-GAME "/rcon", i'm using the SA-MP Window one..

Its fine if it says nothing,
And i think to reload the bans you just have to type reloadbans,
Read the server readme/wiki next time please

To reload bans, use 'reloadbans'.

I am right clicking the server, and then remote Console, and i put the right password in......

what if you look at the black screen?
I had some trouble with this too.. but in the black window it showed up good

Yes - it's supposed to say nothing.
Once you've done ' unbanip ***.***.***.*** '
do ' reloadbans ' in the same window.
Then close the console,go in-game and play.
