Hi, how do i ban an ip so that it cant see the name, ping, players and info updating in there sa-mp client?

Type in the console "banip <insert ip>"

You can also do ranges like

123.456.*.*

or 123.*.*.*

Put a * which means any number.

Or on the server you can do "/rcon login <password>"

and then do "/rcon banip <ip>"

You can also do ranges there.

No, ip bans don't prevent the banned ip adresses from querying the server so they can still see it.
