I do not take full credit only half and i left the persons name in script i only made all cars modable by wheels,nos,hydrolics,and bass boost.
Use /tune-to make the car tune menu pop up
You can also change wheels on planes And add tires to helicopters
Note:Bikes Cannot Have Nos it will cause crash Well thats about it enjoy

You cant let people tune any car, Theres a reason it was disabled in the first place, Because it WILL crash all clients

i had 94 warnings compiling but it worked fine for me dont know bout others all the warnings for me were loose indentation
