Ok so i tryed to host a server but it dosent show on the internet, I used the IP i found in my connection settings,
The ip is 192.168.0.0 and the port is 7777


The game runned perfectly and all, But people couldent see it on the internet tab (Including me)

Then i found out that 192.168.0.0 is a private IP adress and cant be used for hosting.
I tryed to use Ip adresses off www.whatsmyip.com etc, But it would keep saying (Retrving info....) and i could never connect

Help plz? What am i doing rong? So i can host my server on the internet

find you're internet router, then find SA:MP (or somthign like that) and it will guide you through how to forward you're ports and THEN try!

Now that I got your attention:

Look.
ANY god damn IP that starts with 192.168 is local.
And I mean local, from your router or something.
If when using the REAL IP (www.whatsmyip.org) it appears "Retrieving info...",
then a clown is gonna kill you you have your ports blocked/or your firewall misconfigured.
I think we pretty much don't have time to explain you how to open a port or to config a firewall.
I don't think you should be running a server, in fact.
I mean, you seriously thought that you could keep a server open without closing the exe?
