I want a message to show to the player who entered a certain area.
For example when a player enters the area shown in the image below he sees "Welcome to the Car Shop".

Can anybody PLS help?

You could use my areas include. Just create the area and when OnPlayerEnterArea gets called, check if it's that area and send them the message.
