Ok as for the Speedometer, search. I can GUARANTEE that if you search speedometer (from the homepage) that at least 4 valid results will come up.
The second question is quite a simple one. Using an editor (preferably pawno) open your gamemode and search (ctrl + f) and searching for "AddPlayerClass".
Once you have found this, you may choose to delete it and replace it with AddPlayerClass's for different Skins. To find out more about AddPlayerClass click here.

No problem, but next time use the search button before asking the question, would have cut out the middleman (in this case me)
