No, seriously. Try reinstalling the game? or check if the A key is jammed if you have the habbit of getting mad @ the computer...

No I havent tried it but I dont have the installation DVD anymore.
And it only happens with GTA, I dont get mad.

Sometimes I have it too when I clicked on XFIRE ingame, but then I just BAM ABNAMAMABAN on the A button, and then it work again.

try cleaning the keyboard by disconnecting the keys(do it arefully it sometimes gets damaged and cant be placed back in) because you might have food under the keys. It happened with my 8 key. I pulled it out and noticed there was a peanut lol. Also check if you set the keys to the same. I just leave it to the default but I always change the special keys(the numberpad) to j k i and l keys so I can use hydraulics and do dancing. HOPE I HELPED! ^_^

It's the Joypad. I used to use a Playstation 2 control pad for SA:MP and the exact same thing used to happen to me. Just unplug it when playing GTA:SA.

I just had that yesterday too, goto Main Menu>Options>Controller Setup and press Restore Defaults
