/gang create <name> <carcolour>

so cmd would be like. /gang create thekillaz 3

3 = red
^^^^^^^

now, once you are apart of the gang, automatically any car on the streets you get into changes to the gang color...? because this would be good even on RP servers... if you want to create some sort of gang...!

Just asking would be good for team servers also...

Possible yes. You'd need to save any created gang info though, of course.
