Does GTA SA singleplayer work? If not, click on SAMP -> Properties -> Compatibility Settings and allow it to run Windows 98/ME with Run as Administrator. This is only a suggestion, it may work or it might not. If not, please reply here and I'll try and help further.

Singleplayer works fine.

Here's 1 more info about the crash.

SAMP started crashing after i installed MTA. i uninstall MTA and i still crash.

Have you tried different compatibility settings like I suggested above?

I tried disabling Compatibility Mode, no longer crashing ;p
