hey guys i moved in a new flat and i have some problem with samp when i try to connect to a server this Happens



and after a while i got kicked



it happened on every server and i trying the following things:

reinstall samp

delete gta user files

i hope somebody can help me and other games are working perfect like Rage:MP or CSGO

i found the issue i have a big packet loss and 0.1kb/s download in samp but only in samp i really dont know what to do now
