[HELP] Night light for object in Blender
#1

Hello users this forum.
I made a model in 3D editor Blender on the lesson from Kalcor, and it is not clear how to make NIGHT lighting object. Via' Vertex Color ' you can set only daily.
If anyone knows how to accomplish your goal! Ask.
I apologize for the quality of my English.

I'd use RWAnalyze and DK22pac's 2dfx tool to create the light which is the best method for street lamps or any object that omits light to illuminate a surrounding area.

This should give you more understanding on how to create 2dfx effects for your object: https://gtaforums.com/topic/576214-s...r-your-models/

I would recommend using radiosity in blender for general object lighting as it simulates real life lighting (Building's, landscapes, etc.)

I know it's possible in blender for radiosity but I don't know the outcome for using this method in blender as I use 3ds Max.

You create 2 versions of the dff: one with lighting for day, the other with lighting for night.

Open the day time dff in kdff gui. Use kdff 'Import NV' button to merge the day/night colors together. Then save the new dff.
