Faзa com uma SetTimer + Variбvel MAX_PLAYERS

Obs: No SetTimerEx tem "5000", Isso й 5 Segundos em milissegundos, Coverta milissegundos para segundos.

Pega essa ideia e coloque no seu cmd:

Usei pVar para definir um tempo, caso o jogador relogue ele poderб pegar o kit novamente
Caso queira que continue bloqueado mesmo relogando use:

No lugar do SetPVar logo abaixo do comando.

Use tambйm no lugar do GetPVarInt:
