My question is how to fix that:

My IP is static, that means doesn't change when i restart my router. But without restarting the router or some sort of that my IPV4 Address is changing every time. And i need to go to my router to change it and change it.

So how do i fix to not change my IPV4 Address like today it changed

It was: 192.168.0.106, and now is 192.168.0.104 (EXAMPLE).

How do i fix that?

You must request a static lease on your IPv4
