I'm having errors to be able to run my server with the streamer plugin.

Remember that you may have to install Visual C ++ Redistributable in one order.

What error? post the server_log
What operation system are you running? How do you include streamer in your server.cfg?
if it's linux, it should have the suffix of .so and the file in the /plugins folder.

EDIT: Just refreshed and noticed that you added the screenshots.
Try to reinstall. (even uninstall and install)
Make sure you have 64 bit OS and are installing 64 bit package
Your installation might be corrupted, sometimes it might be Skype the cause, uninstall it, restart, install the 2015 and then try to run the SAMP server.
If it doesn't work, you can try SFC scan to solve the problem
simply click WinKey + R , type "cmd" and then enter.
type

and press enter.
After the scan, restart and recheck the problem.
