It means that your mysql plugin is corrupted or not suitable for the thing that you want to launch on.

Alright, That's related to sscanf plugin anyway.
Look, Try downloading the latest sscanf plugin, Then compile the it using the latest include before uploading it to your host using ftp, Then upload the .SO file to the host using ftp also and try launching.
