I sored it out! I just removed the crashdetect plugin and sorted the plugins by another way. Anyway..

removing the plugin isn't the solution, you need to put NativeChecker plugin as the last plugin to load and make sure that your streamer plugin and include are up to date.

Most probably your Streamer is old. update streamer or any other plugin you use to latest version, recompile the script and then finally re run the server.
