You can see even from the beggining of the video, when i spawn the car, it's health is 1000, but when it falls on the ground, somehow it damages and the health as you can see drops to 929. The cars health lowers when jumping just a little while driving.

I have always spawned cars like this, and they never lost health when hitting the ground on San Andreas map.
