I was playing on my server with my friends. but now my friends cannot connect to the server? the ping is gone back to 9999?

Most likely your ip is dynamic and it changed, you'll have to give your new ip to your friends. You can find your ip adress here: http://ipchicken.com/

If that is his problem he can use no-ip.com (works good for me)

no-ip doesn't change the IP in the SA:MP client, it simply gives you a DNS for the IP which would have to be added manually to the client.

I was trying to say that you will not have to get your Ip all the time and just put the address you chose in the favorites
