for ex: red >>> green

edit: i found y_text (https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=625170) but im i do not know how to use and how to use for textdraw

A combination of textdraws would do it. And if the exp reaches another level, show a textdraw. To reset it you would have to Hide All textdraws (of the bar, ofc)
