Hi,
In dialog type is list, i can write only 128 characters right? if there is hex codes they are calculated in that lenght?

yes I believe, although HEX codes doesn't exceed the 10 letters or smth.

Yep, they are. {eeeed1} its counted as 8 characters. As far i know.

Yes, its all taken as characters in "inputtext" or any string holding variable. The difference is made in SendClientMessage.
