Happens sometimes with me when I kickly disconnect and reconnect to the server, to solve this problem just simply close samp.exe process and start it again, and be patient.

Delete and recreate the favorite you are using.

Reinstall SAMP or
Backup ur favorite servers and remove it all
Put it back on samp afterwards
