I can't do /save whether it's Onfoot or Incar.
The only message is get is "I can't open the savepositions.txt file for append."
I have tried with Run as Administrator, still not working.
Help me, please.

Right click on savedpositions.txt and see if is it read only or not, if yes, uncheck it.
also, try /rs (raw save) instead of save, it should work.

Are you reinstalling the game or simply copying a 'clean' installation to the folder?

If you've got SA-MP functions, try deleting that.
