O que esta causando esse erro na hora de executar o servidor em local?

Plugin tenho certeza absoluta que nгo й, tambйm se fosse, nгo iria apresentar a falha do tal plugin no log do server?

Vocк estб abrindo o samp-server do GM correto? O nome do .pwn estб correto?

Vocк precisa do plugin Whirlpool (https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=570945). Depois do erro aparece o nome do problema (WP_Hash).
